Adding business partners when investor org id is already in use

Problem: Adding other business partners when investor org id is already entered as an investor causes eRAMP error message that org id already exists.
eRAMP does not allow duplicate entry of org ids for various business partners if there is an existing investor with the same org id. If there is an investor who is also another business partner like sub-servicer, use the copy feature found on the Investor Setup screen to add the same org id .

Solution: Click Settings>Investors and select the desired investor name. Now click the Copy button located in the bottom left corner of the screen. A drop down list will display. Select the type of business partner desired and then click Apply. Repeat this process for each business partner type desired.
