Clicking the Retrieve Report button in Confirmation displays error “No File Found”

When I click the Retrieve Report button in Confirmation I receive an error “No File Found”.

This error message is displayed when the Consolidated Report Data File (OD report) has not been setup as defined on page 9 in our User's Guide or the report date entered is out of range. It is important to perform Automated Reconciliation daily including Saturday.


Reconciling submitted loan transactions for registration and transfers and payoffs is critical.  eRAMP provides a manual reconciliation process and an automated reconciliation process. The automated reconciliation program uses the Consolidated Report Data File (OD) report from MERS.  Reconciliation should be performed daily (including Saturday).

To setup the Automated Reconciliation feature MERS OD report must have been activated.  To order the OD report follow these steps:

Open your web browser and go to: www.mersonline.org or, for the training/test environment  www.mersonlinetraining.org
 
Then from the Main menu, select the Administration link; from there select the Member information link and then the Reports link and then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to;
 
* Consolidated Report Data File:  
 
Make sure to check the box to select the OD report and then hit the 'update' button at the bottom of the page.

This need only be requested once.

The OD report will be available the next business day.
 
Users must have security to administer their MERS profile in order to see any of the above links.
