Could not find the c:\public\users\ERAMP_DATA\eramp.mdb

Could not find the c:\public\users\ERAMP_DATA\eramp.mdb

Problem: When starting eRAMP or clicking any of the menu options an error message "Could not find the c:\program files\eramp\eramp.mdb". 

Cause: The eRAMP database has been moved to a different location or deleted.


Resolution:
 Make sure the eramp.mdb file is located in the c:\public\users\ERAMP_DATA\eramp.mdb. If moved either restore to this location or enter new database path in eRAMP settings>Client>Database Directory field. If the database was deleted use backup database or if no backup reinstall eRAMP software using original installation file downloaded from our website.
