Correct Batch Status or Correct status of MIN

Problem 1: a MIN is in eRAMP as rejected but MERS shows the MIN as accepted. I want to change the status and make the MIN move to the Transfer of Rights screen.

Problem 2: a MIN is in eRAMP as rejected but MERS shows the MIN as accepted. I want to change the status and make the MIN move from the Transfer of Rights screen.

Resolution: If you would like to manually tell eRAMP to accept the MIN do the following:
  1. Locate MIN from 102 Registration or Transfer of Rights Reject view.
  2. Move MIN to right Loans Selected Grid.
  3. Click Send button.
  4. Click Correct Batch Status button located bottom left corner of screen. Be sure to have MIN number ready for next step.
  5. Open File>Confirmation screen.
  6. Locate or search for MIN processed for Correct Batch Status and click MIN.
  7. Click Succeed button. DO NOT CLICK SUCCEED ALL.
  8. If MIN was processed from the 102 Registration screen open Transfer of Rights screen, locate MIN, select investor and submit to MERS. If MIN was processed from the 207 Transfer of Rights screen there is nothing further to do. If the MIN was processed from the 202 Transfer of Rights screen, open the 206 Transfer of Rights to process servicing portion of transfer.
