eRAMP Error Cannot Open Selected Report Directory

Error Cannot Open Selected Report Directory

There are two likely possibilities for this error message:
1. The retrieve report processing is being run for a report date that does not exist. A date where no loans were submitted to MERs.
2. The retrieve report processing is going to a different server at MERS than the server where loans were submitted to.

With the recent ftp server change effective October 8Th problems have been reported where the loans are being submitted to one server and the reports are being retrieved from a different server. In this case reports will not be available for download. Please check with MERS and verify your login credentials to make sure you are logging into the correct server.
