eRAMP - Not a valid integer value

Not a valid integer value

Problem: When importing data into eRAMP a error message similar to the following "__ Is not a valid integer value" displays.

Cause: Data from one position in the template import file is the wrong type data expected for the filed being imported to. Typically a position number has been entered as a negative number; -1, -18, etc.

Resolution: Check field position numbers in import file templates. Click Settings from the main menu and select the template file for the section of eRAMP where the import error is created. Verify that each field position listed is a number and there are no negative numbers showing. Verify date fields have the correct date format. If the date is 12/01/2008 the corresponding date format should be mm/dd/yyyy.
