SFTP Has Stopped Working
Applies to: eRAMPSQL and eRAMP Standard
If you receive an error message ERAMP_SFTP has stopped working follow the steps below to resolve the issue causing the error:
A couple of other possibilities:
1.
The SFTP program file eramp_sftp.exe must be located in the same folder
as your eramp.exe file. Make sure you have the file eramp_sftp.exe in
the same folder as your eramp.exe.
2. For the SFTP program to run
properly the file kellermansoftware.net-sftp-library.dll must be
located in the same folder as the eramp_sftp.exe file. Make sure you
have the file kellermansoftware.net-sftp-library.dll in the same folder
as your eramp_sftp.exe.
3. Update eRAMP SFTP files using the attached
eRAMP_SFTP_Update_10-2018.zip file. All files contained in the zip file
must be extracted into the same folder as the eRAMP.exe file.
Administrator rights may be required to place eRAMP SFTP files into
proper program folder.
When the SFTP program exits from a
session a file is created with an exit code. The file is
SFTP_EXITCODE.txt. If the above suggestions do not resolve the SFTP
error you're receiving create a ticket and upload the file
SFTP_EXITCODE.txt. Our technical staff will review the error code and
reply with the results.
