When importing loan records the error “No File Found” displays

When importing loan records the error “No File Found” displays

When I try to import a file into Registration, Transfer or Deactivation I receive an error “No File Found”.

This error message is displayed when the file import templates found under the Settings menu option have not been setup. Follow the instructions in the User's Guide listed in Appendix A, B & C to setup the each file import template with the proper export file field positions. Or search our knowledgebase for one of the following template setup instructions:

  • 102 Registration File Template
  • 103 Update File Template
  • 202, 203, 206 and 207 Transfer of Rights Template
  • Transfer to Non-MERS Members Template
  • Interim Funder Release Template (Warehouse Lenders Only)
