FNMA AKA Servicer not Importing into eRAMP

APPLIES TO:   All eRAMP Versions

Issue:  eRAMP imports FNMA as the new Beneficiary but the New Servicer is Blank

eRAMP is reading the information from the LOS export file for TRANFER of RIGHTS.  The name of the investor and the servicer must read exactly as shown on the CSV File.   See attached articles to verify your AKA's are set up in eRAMP.

If the AKA information matches the LOS CSV.  Review the Transfer of Rights Set up Template as compared to the LOS CSV for Transfer of Rights.  If the CSV file does not import a lender into the New Servicer name then the Transfer of Rights Template must tell eRAMP to look for both Beneficiary and Servicer in the NEW INVESTOR NAME column.
