How Do I Export Data Out of eRAMP

eRAMP provides an export function from nearly every screen.  On all screens other than Transactions History the export feature exports all data listed in the left Loans grid. From the Transaction history screen only registration data may be exported (versions of eRAMP 6.4.12 or earlier. After 6.4.12 Transactions History will export data from any of the transaction views).

To export data from the following screens (102, 202, 203, 206, 207, 251, 252, 253, 303 and 304) click the export button located at the bottom middle of the screen.  From the Transactions History screen change the transaction view from the transaction list box located in the upper right corner to 102, 103, 108 Registration, Update, Reversal. A Registration export button will display. Click the export button.

After clicking the export button an export file will be created and saved to your c:\program files\eramp\fileout folder. The file will be named after the export group i.e. 102export.txt if the export was created from the 102 Registration screen. The file is saved as a text file that can be opened by all word processing programs, Microsoft Word and Notepad or imported into spreadsheet programs like Excel.

Each time an export file is created the new file will overwrite the previous file.
