How Do I Install eRAMP Updates

Before you begin: It is always a good idea to close all other software running on your computer before installing software. We recommend backing up your computer before installing new software upgrades.
  1. Download your software by clicking the Download eRAMP link provided to you in your update announcement.
  2. When the Window's dialogue box is displayed select to save the file to your Desktop.
  3. After you download eRAMP to your Desktop locate on your Desktop the file 1000317 - [Name of your company] Upgrade ERAMP.zip and double click to unzip the eRAMP upgrade file.
  4. Click Extract to copy upgrade eramp.exe to your c:\program files\eramp folder or folder containing eRAMP program files or Save to save the upgrade file for later installation or installation on other workstations. If you extract to your eramp folder your old eramp.exe file will be overwrite.
After eRAMP has been installed be sure to review the User's Guide for new features and setup instructions. eRAMP may not function properly if all setup steps are not followed.
