eRAMP Import loans that have a different MERS Org ID

Import loans that have a different MERS Org ID

Problem: When importing loans into 102 Registration eRAMP blocks loans with a different Org ID. I need to import loans that have a different Org ID than our assigned Org ID, is this possible?


Resolution: eRAMP has a quality control feature that only allows correctly formatted, complete MINS with the user’s Org ID to be imported. This way only loans with correct MINS will be sent to MERs for registration. If the user would like to register loans with a MIN number that contains a different Org ID a change has to be made to eRAMP to accept this MIN. The change is added by eRAMP programmers to the program at no additional charge, however the change will require an update to the user’s eRAMP software. To request this change please contact Customer Support and provide the additional Org ID to be added.


There maybe an additional fee for adding additional MERS Org IDs.
