Invalid File Name

Invalid File Name

Problem: After importing data into eRAMP an error message "Invalid File Name" displays.
Cause: User does not have full rights to create, modify or access necessary files required to support eRAMP functions.
Resolution: Update user network or system permissions to full rights.

To perform this task, you must be an administrator or use a domain account that is a member of the Administrators group on the computer you are managing.
