eRAMP - LendingQB Pre-defined Template Setup

LendingQB Predefined Template Setup

Applies To: eRAMPSQL and eRAMP Standard Access
Skill Level: 3

eRAMP includes four predefined templates that work with LendingQB's predefined registration and transfer of rights export files. LendingQB offers pre-defined reports setup as custom reports produced from their Batch Report process. For information about running LendingQB predefined reports and the Batch Report process please contact LendingQB support.
If your eRAMP software is compatible with LOS integration, eRAMP version 8.9.1 or higher, to use eRAMP predefined templates for LendingQB four files must be present in the c:\users\public\eramp_data\eramp folder or the folder where eRAMP program files are saved.

The LQB template four files are:
  1. ERAMPTMP_1.FIL   - Registration
  2. ERAMPEXC_1.FIL   - exception file
  3. ERAMPTRN_1.FIL   -  Transfer of rights
  4. ERAMPTRN_TEMP.FIL  - Template file named defined in file
The four files are attached to this article. Follow these instructions to download and save the files to your eRAMP folder. Click the Attachments tab for this article. Click the download option and save all files to the same folder where the eramp.exe program file is located. Typically the default folder is c:\users\public\eramp_data\eramp. The location of this file may be different. Verify location of eramp.exe file before downloading and saving files.

Open eRAMP, go to Settings>102 Registration File Template. With the 102 Registration Template File screen open click the LOS setup list box located in the bottom right corner of the screen. Select the LendingQB setup option and click "Save as Default" button. All field positions should automatically fill in to match the LendingQB pre-defined registration batch export file. Click "Cancel" to exit or click X located in upper right corner of screen.

The field positions in each file template may be changed from the 102 Registration File Template screen. Use a specific LOS file template of the Generic file template.

If you would like to have more than one defined template to import loan data from more than one LOS system, use the Generic template as an alternative to the LOS default template. You will be able to map any fields you want from any LOS to eRAMP.
