Cause: eRAMP uses a report from MERS called the OD report to reconcile transactions in eRAMP with Transactions processed by MERS system. The OD report or Consolidated Transaction report as it is also known is activated by checking the Consolidated Transaction report option from the MERS report page found by going to Administrator>Member Info>Reports from MERS online. A second report MERS offers is the Combined Report. The combined report is an option from MERS to combine a series of reports into one zip file for easy member download. If the Combined Report option is selected the report eRAMP uses (OD Report.txt) to reconcile transactions with MERS is put into a zip file. Selecting the Combined Report option also turns off the production of the OD report as a text file which is the file eRAMP uses to reconcile MERS transactions. If the OD .TXT file is turned off eRAMP will not find the file and display the message "OD Report Not Found".
Resolution: To resolve this problem and have the MERS system create the proper OD report with the .TXT extension follow these steps:
1. Log into MERS system as a administrator
2. Navigate to Admin>Member Info>Reports
3. Uncheck the box next to the Combined Report. Should be the first report listed at the top of the report list
4. Confirm the Consolidated Transaction report check box located at the bottom of the page is checked
5. Confirm the Combined Transaction report is unchecked
Repeat the above process for both the MERS production system and training/integration system.
Once the Combined Report check box is unchecked the MERS system will start generating the proper OD report in the ftp/rpt folder on the MERS system. The proper OD report will not be available until the next business day.
Confirm the Combined Transaction Report is not checked and the Data File is checked for both the integration and production environment. Selecting the Combined Transaction Report stops the OD/Consolidated Transaction report from running.
