Originator Org ID does not import into 102 Registration

Problem: When importing various Originator Org IDs eRAMP always has the investor's Org ID. In eRAMP update 4.6 a new Originator setup was added under the Settings menu option. Once Originator ORG IDs are added to eRAMP import LOS data will be translate from the LOS originator Org ID, name or AKA into the 102 Registration Originator Org ID field.

Cause: Originator Org ID was not setup


Resolution: Follow the steps below to setup Originator Org IDs:

1. Click Settings menu option

2. Click Others menu option

3. Open entity list box and select Originator at the bottom of the list

4. Add your originator's org id, name and AKA if needed


When importing data for originator org id eRAMP will first try to match to the org id, then the originator name and finally the AKA. The user's LOS data could be any type of identifier for Originator as long as the LOS data matches to the originator org id, originator name or AKA in Originator setup.
