Registration error not a valid MIN or (1) cases does not have MIN number

Registration error not a valid MIN or (1) cases does not have MIN number

Problem: When I import loans into 102 Registration I receive an error in import loan count our I receive an error that MIN number is not valid or (1) cases does not have MIN Number.
Cause: Your import file has at least one header row that eRAMP is interpreting as a case record.

Resolution: To eliminate this warning click settings>Registration File Template to view the registration template screen. At the bottom of the screen there are several fields in section "Exclude rows which start with". These fields are used to tell eRAMP to ignore certain rows of data or header rows. For each row of data enter the first few characters for the row you would like eRAMP to skip starting with the top left field in the Exclude rows which start with section. For example if the header row starts as follows: MIN Number then enter in the first fields for rows to exclude MIN Number. This will eliminate the top header row from eRAMP's data import. Repeat this process for each row contained in your header. If there are three rows of data then the first three rows data should be entered into to the eRAMP Exclude rows which start with section.
