Remove Subservicer on all Loans to be Registered in eRAMP

Issue:  All loans Registered for my company have a subservicer included when registered.  

If every loan that is registered  in 102 Registration has the same subservicer and you would like to stop the subservicer from being included at the time of registration, you can stop the automated assignment.  

Go to Settings>Investor and look for your company's MERS org id or name. Click the EDIT button on the left side of the Investor Settings screen to open the edit view.

To easily find any listed org id or investor name, lick the header row to sort rows in alphabetical ascending or descending order.




With the Edit screen open, click the top Primary Mortgage Subservicer drop down list. Click the blank area at the top of the list to remove the current subservicer, followed by the "Apply" button.

To add or change to a different subservicer for every loan registered, follow the same instructions above. The only difference is to click the name of a new or replacement subservicer.
